Please note there may be a technical issue on the booking page where an “add on” for breakfast pops up, but please note this is already included when you book a room.

When you click through the link, your landing page does state that the rooms include breakfast. If you are concerned, please contact the reservations team on reservations@eastpark.com or 0118 974 7552 for written confirmation that the booking includes breakfast.
